The best powder to have tried

I bought Cramp32 at the Two Oceans Expo and used it during my first ultra. I didn't experience cramps at all, will be using for it for comrades.

I first bought Evo Core in Capetown last year, I started using it as I was getting ready to train for Comrades, and on my recent order I saw that they also had an electrolyte too, the PH. 2 Powder, I decided to give it a try, I am sold, it was for the first time having to drink something before the race starts and not cramp all the way to 21km where I had another electrolyte again. The spray came in handy as the sun was supper hot, it became my fuel. Their slogan says it all, for when we are weak, their products come and and play the role. I'm so happy with my kit combo. I started knowing about this product last year at Sanlam Cape Town Marathon Expo and got my self the combo. I helped 1 lady that was suffering from Cramps along the road when I was doing my 42km in Durban. The next thing I saw her passing me with a full speed and she waited for meat the finish line because she wanted to know what is it that I sprayed under her tongue. Since then I never looked back.
